Each value carries the system it came from — ERP, spreadsheet, chat intake, paper form or an IOTx form. Systems of record are never overwritten.

Freshness

Age of the value in minutes, scored green under 45, amber under 120 and red beyond. Stale demand cannot be treated as fact.

Confidence

Blend of source reliability, freshness, duplicate rate and manual handling. Below 70% the metric is labelled patchy data instead of being shown as certain.
